If you answered "YES" to one or more of these questions there is a good chance you are a qualified candidate for the NuBack Treatment.

It may sound odd to hear that having a problem is good news, however, these are problems we have treated successfully thousands of times. Chances for success with a qualified candidate are excellent!

Q: 2. Why does the NuBack Program work so well?

A: The NuBack Program has been developed over 30+ years with sports teams, university researchers, and doctors. We use a combination of Vibrational Traction, an Unweighted Treadmill, Unweighted Chair, Stretching and focused exercises to achieve unheard-of results. Our unique program is used around the world to rehab everyone from athletes, truck drivers and weekend warriors! Our program is actually able to repair and rehydrate discs at a cellular level and open up back joints to relieve nerve pain.

Q: 3. What does "Vibration and Gentle Traction" mean and how does it work?

A: Vibration and Gentle Traction increases motion in joints and increases circulation. The gentle traction part of the process is NOT like typical traction that pulls hard and straight. That causes the muscles to tense. This is light and can be adjusted to pull harder on one side than the other to open the joints that are jammed and the disc that is squeezed.

Q: 4. What does the "Unweighted Treadmill" do and how does it work?

A: The unweighted treadmill is for the purpose of creating ‘anti-gravity’ on your low back and knees. This allows you to work muscles to stabilize your joints that you cannot do any other way without fear of falling. It's critical to retrain your step (gait) so the way you walk will be corrected. Gait analysis and ankle strapping for the purpose of correcting the way you walk, believe it or not, this is also typically the fastest way to get out of most types of pain.

Q: 5. What does the "Unweighted Chair" do and how does it work?

A: The unweighted chair is for making the fastest changes in your spinal posture so we can assure we are on the right path. There is no other way to get this effect on the small muscles along the spine. Have you ever seen anyone take a cast off a broken arm? Muscle atrophy takes place in the little muscles along the spine when they have been stuck out of place- this is the only real way to force them to work.

Q: 6. Can I choose how many treatments I want?

A: Our proven program is 24-visits. Studies have shown that between 12 and 24 visits patient pain is reduced by 50%. The BLUE line that represents traditional treatment methods shows that after 12 visits there is no change in a patient's pain and disability. The RED line representing the NuBack method shows a significant reduction in pain through 24 visits with a 145% additional benefit after the 12th visit. That's the reason that completion of all 24 visits is essential for the maximum benefit.

Q: 7. How much time does the NuBack Program take from my schedule?

A: The NuBack therapy is a multi-visit program with 1-hour visits customized to your individual needs. The optimal schedule is 3 visits per week for 2 weeks then 2 visits per week for an additional 6-8 weeks. Of course, we can accommodate your schedule.

Q: 8. What will happen if I delay enrolling in the NuBack Program?

A: If you are already in the "chronic pain" category (i.e. consistent pain for 3-months or longer) then chances are that your pain will not go away on its own. The longer you wait, the longer your overall recovery could take. Nearly every back/neck issue gets worse if left to time and gravity.

Q: 9. Do you prescribe pain medication?

A: NO! In fact, we recommend that anyone taking pain medication begins to gradually decrease the dosage they are taking after their first visit.

Q: 10. Why do typical therapies often not work?

A: Conventional therapies i.e. physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, etc., do not get to the cause of the problem. The combination of whole-body vibration and gentle traction shuts down the neuromuscular guarding, allowing the healing process to begin.

Other therapies miss one or more pieces of the recovery puzzle.

Q: 11. How do you rate success or failure and when would I qualify for a refund?

A:  We measure the curvature of your spinal posture with our equipment and we have you take a short survey to track your progress. Your combined score indicates your overall condition. We're so confident in our treatment results, we anticipate that you will have a "LOW" disability and pain score within 6 visits. If after 6 visits we have not fully met that goal, we encourage you to continue treatment for maximum benefit. However, if you choose not to do so, we offer you a full refund of the remaining treatments and let you terminate the program.
